This fanfic has been in production since June 2006.

What started as a drabble grew into a story that resulted in many hours of ideas, and playing the game Final Fantasy VIII, as well as constant listening to the OST, and the Extra Tracks.

 

I'd like to thank various people for helping me with ideas, and elements in this fic.

*NOTES*

Readers may have noticed three names hailing from Kingdom Hearts II.

Hayner, Pence, and Olette.

However, they're not the KH2 variants. They are just characters with similar names.

 

 

After several months, I'm finally making some kind of update. Firstly this account had been ignored, due to the fact that a majority of book 2 had been lost in a Hard Drive failure. Secondly life got busy with yet another move! Yes, that is right, I ended up moving back into my mothers house and myself and my daughter have been here since.

 

Fanlistings were updated, some removed because they no longer seem to exist. I'll see what I can find to replace the ones that have gone missing.

I'm in the process of re-reading Book one. I may very well change a few things. Namely some small details which don't match with previous details. Word to the wise, my writing style has changed over the years and will be noticed. I apologize for that.
